BIBA was born from a desire to reimagine the members' club for a new generation. When founder and lifelong traveler Elizabeth Elghanayan discovered BIBA, she saw an opportunity to honor its legacy while creating a modern sanctuary for culture, connection, and community — a boutique hotel and private membership club set within the historic El Cid district of West Palm Beach.
